Here’s a look at five outstanding private parties and corporate events we activated over the past few months.
1. Super Bowl Night at Davis Theater
Super Bowl Sunday calls for a bash unlike any other, and that’s exactly what we delivered for a private party at the Davis Theater on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025.
Taking the theme to the next level, we decked out the space with Super Bowl balloons and football-themed decor.
There was also a turf entrance for a first-class “green carpet” experience.
With a massive screen playing the big game, guests could experience the Super Bowl on a larger-than-life scale while also enjoying:
A silent disco
Gourmet bites & drinks
Live music and curated beats from our very own DJ Prim
High-voltage entertainment, with dancers and cheerleaders
Themed-dressed servers and staff, wearing referee outfits or team colors

We also set up a 360° photo booth that captured fun shots of guests as they celebrated, like the one below.
For the Kids…
Keeping it family friendly, our kids craft activation featured several activities for kiddos, with balloons, games, coloring, and more.
To enhance guests’ experience and add even more special touches, our events team collaborated with:
NACE members Beyond Catering for exquisite food and drinks, including gorgeous charcuterie boards, sliders, bacon satay, and several other on-theme options
House of Rental for an outdoor VIP tent, complete with heating and bistro lighting.
With ~300 guests partying and cheering on their favorite team, this event was the definition of a perfect Super Bowl party — and a spectacular celebration, flawlessly executed.
2. Verizon’s Super Bowl FanFest at Soldier Field
As a night of a thousand parties, Super Bowl Sunday 2025 had our team running full throttle, producing and activating multiple events, each designed to deliver exceptional experiences.
So, when Verizon put on its Super Bowl FanFest 2025 at the United Club in Soldier Field, Chicago, we were at the heart of all the action.
Interactive and exciting, this lively event blended football fandom with entertainment, face painting, caricatures, and electrified sounds from DJ JayFunk. Guests could also:
Go on the field to watch the game on the Jumbotron.
Meet, take pictures with, and get autographs from beloved Bears players, including rookie wide receiver Rome Odunze.
Indulge in delicious food and drinks in a pure NFL setting.
As one of 30 FanFests that were happening nationwide, this Super Bowl party delivered the ultimate fan experience — and all FanFests in total had more attendees than the actual Super Bowl in New Orleans!
Our event in Chicago didn’t go unnoticed. CBS News came out to cover it.
3. Pre-Super Bowl Tailgate Party at Morgan Manufacturing
Ahead of the big game, we set the stage for an epic pre-party at Morgan Manufacturing, a premier event venue in Chicago’s West Loop (we love putting on events at this venue!).
This tailgate-themed corporate bash, celebrating the company’s Super Bowl ad, featured:
Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, rehearsing and socializing
Several DJs mixing high-energy tunes, including our very own DJ Heavy
Food, drinks, and so much more
With ~200 attendees, this Tailgate Party was a super fun, high-octane event that let guests launch their company’s Super Bowl ad in true championship style.
4. An Artistic Corporate Experience
At the end of January, we produced a wonderfully creative corporate event that doubled as an artistic “playground,” filled with live illustrations, digital caricatures, interactive painting, and so much more.
The ~150 guests who attended were not just spectators or observers at a run-of-the-mill company party or happy hour—they became part of the art, participating in its creation with:
Live fashion illustrations
Behind-the-scenes sketches
Collaborative works celebrating imagination, expression, cooperation, and vision.
Enriching these art experiences was the musical entertainment, which included a 3-piece band and a special performance by Ryan Argast of Champagne Allstars (and a top-performing contestant on American Idol in 2022).
This corporate event went beyond inspired, out-of-the-box thinking, serving as proof that company-sponsored events don’t have to be predictable, stuffy, or cookie-cutter.
5. A Spectacular ‘Greatest Showman’ Corporate Gala
Closing out 2024 in style, we created a “Greatest Showman” themed corporate event that was nothing short of enchanting.
Guests stepped into a world of:
Tarot card readers
Stilt walkers
Dazzling live entertainment
Champagne service
Other circus-inspired activations
From the moment they arrived, attendees were immersed in a whimsical, yet glamorous, experience that felt straight out of a Hollywood production. This corporate event demonstrated artistry, flair, and marvelous originality with entertainment, performances, and an atmosphere that captivated guests from start to finish.
